This is what Claudia Rossi says about MAX: “During this learning phase, a fundamental tool for us is Sailmon. It is a user-friendly and intuitive interface that allows us to analyze performance through the data collected after each training session. The ability to associate maneuver videos with the recorded data provides us with direct feedback on our work at sea, especially when we focus on maneuvers. Since we started using Sailmon, we have taken a huge leap forward, and I am truly satisfied to be part of this family.
Claudia has always had a passion for the sea since she was a child and has been lucky to have wonderful family experiences aboard a sailboat. However, she only started getting involved in the world of sailing races when she was 21 years old.
In 2016, Claudia founded her team, named Petite Terrible, primarily focused on the J70 class. It is in this class that they have achieved their greatest successes, winning three European titles (in 2016, 2017, and 2019) and consistently ranking among the top five in the world. She has been recognized as the best female helmsman in the J70 class for six consecutive years. Over the years, she has also competed in many other classes, achieving an important result in the Corinthian category with a victory in the Farr40 World Championship.
Starting in 2020, Claudia began to venture into offshore sailing in doublehanded mixed events, and in 2021, she had the joy of winning the doublehanded mixed offshore World Championship. The current racing season is also very intense, and it will see her competing in The Ocean Race aboard the VOR65 and in the Melges 32 circuit.
With her team, Petite Terrible, on board the Melges 32, they are working hard in preparation for the September World Championship.
