Troubleshooting: Trips not showing in app

There might be a couple of reasons why the Sailmon App doesn’t show your trip data after sailing:
  • The MAX needs to be connected to your Sailmon App account before you hit the water. Click here for instructions.
  • The MAX has not been able to connect to the internet after sailing to send it’s data to the cloud. Check if all data is sent, go to Menu > System > System Info > Data To Send: [number of files]. After uploading it takes up to 15 minutes before your trip is available in the Sailmon App. Click here to troubleshoot your WiFi connection.
  • The trip was invalid, reasons a trip is invalid: the trip was not on the water or the trip was shorter than 10 minutes.
  • You deleted your boat (every trip of that boat will disappear from the app).
  • Your trip is linked to another account. Open the Sailmon App to see which MAX is linked to your account. Go to Profile > Boats & Devices.
