There can be several reasons MAX has problems connecting to a WiFi access point or hotspot:
- Go to Menu > System, and make sure that ‘Enable WiFi’ is checked. Reboot MAX after enabling it.
- If you have problems enabling WiFi, connect MAX to the internet using Bluetooth and update the device to the latest firmware over Bluetooth. Click here for instruction on how to setup a Bluetooth connection.
- Make sure the Access Point you are trying to connect to is stable, especially outdoor Access Points which cover a large area can be less stable causing MAX to loose connection. Find a stable Access Point and try to connect again.
