TROUBLESHOOTING: FROZEN

– Is your MAX showing the Sailmon logo on a black screen? Go to 1.
– Is your MAX frozen on another image (e.g page)? Go to 2.

1. Put your MAX for at least 24 hours on the charging pad. You’ll find more information about charging your MAX correctly here.

2. Restart your MAX: press the middle top button for +12 seconds.
