- Cleaning MAX: Use only water to rinse MAX, if there is a need to use a deterrent use regular dish soap. Avoid using aggressive solvents which might affect the protective silicon casing.
- Packing MAX: After use, shut down MAX and place it back in the black protective casing, strap it under the elastic band with the screen facing up. Do not place other objects in the casing that can scratch or damage the screen during transport (charge pad, keys, etc.).
- Storing MAX: When putting MAX away for longer periods of time make sure the battery is fully charged.
- Charging MAX: Do not leave MAX on the charge pad after it has been fully charged. Covering the square bracket of MAX (with Dual-Lock Tape) will generate extra heat while charging and can result in a shortened battery lifespan. Click here for an example on how to apply Dual-Lock Tape to mount MAX.
- Mounting MAX: No force should be needed to mount or unmount MAX. Using MAX with the Flat Mount, be sure to push-then-twist to mount, and twist-then-pull to unmount. Mount MAX in a position where it is free from being hit by rigging or gear.
